Chocolate Ganache Tart

Dark, creamy, and incredibly rich - this dark chocolate ganache tart is a winner all around

Ingredients

Bettercreme Ganache

500g Bettercreme

500g Dark Chocolate

Method:

Place the chocolate and bettercreme in the microwave and melt gently and emulsify. Place the chocolate ganache into a pastry case. Allow to cool slightly and place cookie garnish inside the ganache tart. Decorate as required and serve.
