Dairy and gluten free Key Lime Pie

This zesty, creamy treat makes a refreshing and indulgent end to a meal.

Fruit filling : Place the lime curd on the bottom of the tart case.
Tart case : Brush tart case with harmony gel. Leave to set.
Lime Cream filling: Whip diluted base on 2nd speed until stiff peaks form, approx. 5 – 7 minutes. Fold in lime curd,
flavouring and zest. Split into two bowels and add colouring.
Line the tart case with the curd. Blend the two toned creams together and place ontop of the tart case.
Decorate with Dairy FREE white chocolate shards
