At Rich's we pride ourselves on being a family company.

In September 2010 we held a Family Fun day for all Rich associates and their family to attend. The day was a great success with a hot dog stand, bouncy castle, rodeo, coconut shy and company games.

We gave all associates the chance to vote for 5 members of the management team to be "soaked" on the day, with the winning members locked in stocks and associates soaking them and getting their own back!

We make sure that families are included and a part of our business and we are busy planning for the events of 2011!
