On the 7th July a team of 15 associates from our Fareham and Hartlebury sites spend the day at Honey Pot House in Hampshire.

This team-building exercise asks teams to spend a day maintaining the Honeypot grounds. The main purpose of this on-going project is to provide pleasant green spaces for the enjoyment of our children, many of whom are living in circumstances where safe outdoor play environments are not available. Benefits to organisations also include indirect development for employees, particularly in team work, motivation, morale-building and communication skills.

The team got to spend time with associates they wouldn't normally see on a working day and gave their time to giving back to a great cause. We did tasks from window cleaning, clearing a flower bed to clearing branches in the woods.
